STRATEGIC
COMMUNICATION
CAREER FEST

My team and I were asked to boost the awareness, understanding and attendence of the Strategic Communication Career Fest.

Before our campaign, many students were unaware the 4 Career Fest events were connected and anxious about the job searching process.

To address this, we emphasized progress and a clear path to their dream job with a fun and whimsical campaign filled with familiar MU landmarks and characters.

TASK
Increase attendance to Career Fest events.
PROBLEM
Students are scared they are unprepared, unaware the 4 Career Fest events are connected, andnervous to talk to recruiters.
SOLUTION
Make job searching a game. Accomplishing 3 goals:
1
Create a sense of growth and progress from completing each event.
2
Make it clear that the Career Fest is a series of events.
